Position Title: Games Team Member

Reports To: Games Team Lead
Status: Seasonal, Non-Exempt

Summary of Duties:
Operate various Midway Games following Standard Operating Procedures while providing Guest Excellence and maintaining safe practices.

Job Responsibilities:
• Exhibit professional demeanor and model behaviors at all times
• Encourage game play through audible spiels, active game play and interaction with Guests on the midway
• Deliver Guest Excellence being knowledgeable about the attractions and park
• Operate and monitor Midway Games and Arcade following Standard Operating Procedures
• Enforce participant requirements and game rules, guiding Guest behaviors as required
• Maintains displays, shelves, cases and inventory with redemption merchandise
• Communicate via public address systems, radios and telephones
• Process payments for game play following Cash Handling Standard Operating Procedures
• Protect company assets through proper use of tools and equipment and the adherence to the standard of overall cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Other duties as needed and/or assigned by Leadership.

 
Job Requirements:
• Must be at least 15 years of age. If under 18 years of age, must be able to provide working papers prior to hire.
• Ability to understand US monetary systems in order to effectively cash handle according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Must be able to initiate and maintain interactions with Guests; Must be engaging.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to efficiently manage time and work without direct supervision.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stoop, push, pull, twist and reach above shoulders.
• Ability to work in an environment with high levels of noise and vibrations.
• Ability to work in high stress situations.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
