How You Will Contribute

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with senior management to develop and oversee financial budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
• Work closely with department heads to review and analyze production costs, inventory levels, and overhead expenses.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and investment strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors at accounting firm to ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Experience and Skills:

About YOU!

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or a related field; CPA licensure preferred.
• 5 years of related work experience at a similar level; preferably 2 years as a controller.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with cost accounting, and inventory management.
• Proficient with financial management software, ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
