Duties:
- Must Understand ChatGPT. I want to use it to enhance search and research.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Utilize computer literacy skills for various office tasks
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Offer customer support through various communication channels
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
Experience:
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems and call handling procedures
- Experience in order entry processes
- Knowledge of ChatGPT
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer literacy, including MS Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Calendar management experience
- Customer support experience
- Project coordination skills
