The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) is looking for a Corporate Membership Coordinator to join the team.

Job Summary

The Corporate Membership Coordinator for the IAPP coordinates communications within the corporate membership program and oversees corporate membership services activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service excellence and consistency
• Proficient in programs/technologies as relates to caring for members, updating records, providing reports, etc.
• Corporate member processing, tracking and administrator communications
• Coordinate monthly corporate member renewal processing
• Work with accounting to ensure proper processing of corporate renewal payments, upgrades and wire transfers
• Assist corporate administrators with contracts, online system and communication about benefits
• Serve as liaison between corporate members and sales team
• When needed, advise and assist fellow Corporate Membership Coordinators and Membership Assistants in responding to membership and product inquiries via email, phone, and video calling
• Demonstrate full knowledge of Salesforce functionality through providing updates and customer support
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four year college or university; and up to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
