Job Overview:
Seeking a skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department. This includes managing a team of service technicians, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability through upselling and efficient service management.

Duties:

  • Manage and supervise a team of mechanics, providing guidance and support
  • Ensure that all repairs and maintenance services are performed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including invoices and work order
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely job completions.
  • Oversee department processes, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and resolving quickly.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability by upselling additional services.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in management or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Alility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
