Position Overview : The Senior Care Option (SCO) PCA Skills Trainer position provides program overview to interested consumers and their surrogates.

Position Responsibilities : Responsible for intake and orientation for new PCA referrals and determining eligibility; carry a caseload of consumers who are enrolled in the PCA Program.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of an High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish or Khmer preferred
• Detail oriented
• The ability to appropriately handle confidential and personal information
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license to make visits throughout the GLSS service area
