We are actively seeking a talented and passionate Experience Strategist to join our Pharmaceutical Consulting firm, i3 Strategy Partners. The Experience Strategist will play a crucial role in shaping user-centric narratives and ensuring impactful engagement for our pharmaceutical clients. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in crafting compelling experiences, coupled with strong project management skills, to enhance our mission of helping pharmaceutical companies understand and engage diverse key audiences.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Client-Centric Storytelling: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to infuse user-centric narratives into consulting strategies for pharmaceutical clients. Ensure that experiences resonate with client/project needs and effectively communicate the views of diverse audiences, healthcare professionals, payers, patients, and stakeholders.
• Experience Design: Utilize design thinking principles to create engaging and memorable visual stories that align with our brand identity and meet the unique needs of pharmaceutical clients. 
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analytics to uncover key insights. Utilize synthesized data and data-driven insights to refine strategies continuously, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives. Moderate/facilitate interviews as necessary. 
• Pitch Deck Enhancement: Collaborate on the creation of persuasive and visually compelling pitch decks showcasing our consulting capabilities, strategic approach, and value proposition for pharmaceutical companies.
• Project Management Excellence: Execute strategic implementation of best practices and lessons learned to elevate the overall impact of our consulting endeavors, focusing particularly on meticulous project management, adherence to timelines, and successful project execution. 
• Journey Mapping and Development: Develop customer journey maps and personas that capture key touchpoints and 'moments that matter', pain points, opportunities, and interventions. 
• Some Travel Required: 10-20%

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in experience design is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in experience strategy, user experience design, or a related field, preferably within pharmaceutical industry.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate user insights into actionable plans that enhance overall client experiences in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Collaborative and Project Management Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
• Analytical Skills for Pharmaceutical Consulting: Proficient in analyzing user data and deriving actionable insights within the pharmaceutical context.
• Adaptability to Pharmaceutical Dynamics: Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced pharmaceutical consulting environment, adapting strategies to changing client expectations.
