• Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities
• Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software within the ground solution
• Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle
• Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls
• Ensures software standards are met

• Advanced degree and 7 years experience or bachelors with 9 years experience or equivalent
• An active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance required. Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
• Software engineer will work with the following:
  • DevSecOps
  • CI/CD pipeline
  • C
  • Qt framework (GUI)
  • pub/sub messaging
  • PostgreSQL
  • Linux environments
  • Ansible Scripting
  • GIT/Jenkins (preferable)
  • Java
  • Agile Methodologies and the full software development cycle
• Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience with Kubernetes, distributed systems, machine learning and multi-threaded applications
