Location: Atlanta, Georgia. [must be able to travel to Cobb county, Clayton county and DeKalb county]

Tutor Contractor Scopes:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in Math, History, ELA, or Science, as assigned.
• Number of Sessions Requirement: Number of admin hours will be 1 hour to every tutoring session per week.
• Session Notes: Detailed notes are to be maintained for each tutoring session, including topics covered, student performance, areas of improvement, and any additional comments.
• Report Requirement: At the end of each month, the contractor must submit a comprehensive report summarizing the progress of each student, highlighting achievements and areas needing further focus.
• Develop personalized lesson plans and instructional materials based on students' individual needs and learning goals.
• Assess students' progress regularly and provide feedback to students and their parents or guardians.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and program managers to ensure a positive learning experience for all parties involved.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or equivalent experience.
• A teaching certification or credential is highly desirable.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years.
• Demonstrated success in helping students achieve academic improvement.
• Experience working with diverse student populations, including those with special needs or learning challenges, is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual learning styles and needs of students.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to facilitate their academic growth.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed academically
