I/O Arcade Bar in Madison, WI is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House Support. We are located on 924 Williamson St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Position is split between barbacking and working security. You will be cross trained on both.
• Barback: Keep bar and arcade clean and organized during high volume shifts. Restock, make syrups, change kegs, refill ice, clean and replenish glass supply.
• Maintain a sanitary environment.
• Security: Keep track of capacity, check ID's, maintain indoor and outdoor space, communicate with managers.

Qualifications

• No bartending experience required.
• An ideal candidate is outgoing and engaging, punctual, hard working , and motivated.
• Proactive at identifying and completing work needs.
• Ability to assess station needs and act accordingly.
• Great spoken and written communication.
• Liking video games and/or pinball is a plus!
