The Role You’ll Play
In this essential role as a DSP substitute, you provide continuous support, particularly needed during weekends and mornings, offering:
- Immediate Coverage Needs: Your adaptability addresses our scheduling needs, ensuring consistent, quality care.
- Pathway to Permanent Positions: This role opens opportunities for permanent positions as they become available.

We’re Looking For:
- Individuals passionate about supporting those with severe and profound IDD, ready to adapt to our needs.
- Candidates must be at least 19, have a valid Nebraska driver's license, and have reliable transportation.
- Experience with IDD is preferred, enhancing our commitment to exceptional support.
