The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and within scope. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and lead project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget - Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed - Utilize project management methodologies to create detailed project schedules and track progress - Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives - Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise - Implement change management processes as needed - Present regular updates on project status to key stakeholders **Requirements:** - Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project planning and execution - Proficiency in project management tools such as ServiceNow, Workday, or similar platforms - Familiarity with data collection processes and analysis tools like SAS - Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles for program management - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly - Certification in Project Management Methodology is a plus This position offers competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to work on exciting projects in a dynamic environment.
