**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while meeting high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

- Manage subcontractors and construction crew

- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and progress

- Implement and maintain project documentation

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in construction management software

- Strong understanding of construction processes from pre-construction through completion

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

- Experience in construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams
