- Manage systems and applications software, hardware, and all configurations as an administrator.
- Support to install, upgrade diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other system problems.
- Monitor and maintain assigned applications in their proper operating condition to meet business requirements.
- Administer Legacy & Design Software, Microsoft 365, Backup Storage, Company website, Software License Management, and so on.
- Analyze root cause of problems and establish the prevention measures.
- Perform regular full and incremental backups of all systems and servers.
- Research, recommend, develop, test, and implement new hardware, software, technologies, applications to help improve systems.
- Maintain company homepage, meeting conference systems, and cloud solutions.
- Work on projects, as assigned, to help further the company’s goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 0-2 years of experience or OPT.
- Basic knowledge of Windows10 and general desktop support issues.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume production environment.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Takes initiative, self-motivated.
- Ability to interact with various levels of the organization.
- Ability to build credibility and trust within the organization.
- Bilingual Korean-English is preferring.
