Hyundai and Genesis of New Bern is seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to help lead our close-knit sales team in beautiful waterfront New Bern, NC!

We are a family-owned dealership located in a beautiful and growing part of the state. We represent two strong brands (Hyundai & Genesis). We are the only Genesis dealership East of Interstate 95 in NC. We have a great sales team already in place and this candidate would work closely with our existing sales management team – Matt and Annika – to help continue our sales growth. In addition to selling new vehicles, our in-house Buying Center allows us to maintain a 1:1 used/new ratio. The dealership is closed on Sundays and this position has a Guaranteed 5 Day Work Week.

New Bern has a commercial airport with 6 daily flights to Charlotte and twice-weekly flights to Orlando FL and Hartford CT. Relocation stipend offered.
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Relocation stipend offered.
** Previous automotive management experience required for this role **
Who You Are
- 2 years experience as a Sales Manager
- Assist our Product Specialists in finding our customers their dream car
- Negotiate and close sales deals - must love talking to customers and making deals!
- Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance
- Coach team members regularly to provide everyone with the skills needed to exceed their goals
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores by ensuring every customer has a wonderful and seamless buying experience
- Monitor proper follow up of all prospective buyers utilizing Elead CRM workflows and templates
- Knowledge of CDK software is a plus
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
