RequirementsResponsibilities:
- Identify root cause and investigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
- Update Mobis Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements
- Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions
- Set and track quality assurance goals
- Coordinate with other departments or members in the organization to achieve specified goals
- Contributes to continuous improvement to help drive costs down and improve the overall plant quality performance metrics
- Monitors and tracks customer quality ratings/scores
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to respond to Customer questions, concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain the Quality Index scorecard and improve performance
- At least 1 year Automotive Quality Experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant concentration
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
TravelAbility to travel occasionally within USA, to Mexico and Asia as necessary
LanguageProficiency in English required
Bi-lingual English - Korean preferred (many meetings between Mobis HQ and Korean suppliers)
