Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Recruitment Marketing & Communications Specialist based at our Americas Headquarters in Greenville, NC.

What you will do :

• Provide support for initiatives developed in alignment with our national and domestic Talent Acquisition strategic priorities to attract, build, and feed a steady pipeline of candidates.
• Responsible for creating innovative recruitment marketing materials and content (digital, print, social media, etc.) as well as, managing related internal and external platforms and channels.
• Provide support for appropriate internal communications initiatives developed in alignment with our strategic priorities to inform and engage a diverse base of employees.
• May travel (5-10%) to various recruitment events and Hyster-Yale Group sites with possible weekend and evening work.

• Strong communicator (both written & verbal)
• Self-starter who works independently and can help drive projects to completion.
• Detail oriented
• Efficient and able to follow through with minimal supervision
• Hold strong interpersonal skills and can easily engage with the entire Hyster-Yale Group workforce
• Able to create content for a variety of audiences & platforms

What you will need :

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Concentration in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Graphic Design, preferred.
• 2-3 years relative experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• No experience required with a Master’s Degree
• 2 years communications, public relations, social media strategy and employer branding / employee experience practices, preferred.
• Experience in graphic design, photography, or videography, preferred.

Skills, Experience & Abilities

• Experience with design software
• Experience in creating and managing website content and using social media
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Outlook email and calendar functions.
