• One who must adapt to different customer cultures and tendencies instantaneously, while providing the best customer service in the industry

What you will do :

• Facilitate Hyster and Yale Dealers in expediting backordered parts.
• Assist Hyster and Yale Dealers in part identification issues.
• Support Hyster and Yale Dealers in determining order status by utilizing various logistic tools available providing tracking / proof of delivery information.

Staff omni-channel (voice and chat) communication, in addition to traditional incident volume.

• Maintaining our reputation of excellence in the marketplace by efficiently minimizing truck down situations.
• communicate to both brands adapting effortlessly to various customer cultures and tendencies.

What you will need :

BS Degree, Associates degree with 1-year related experience, or Highschool Diploma / GED with 2-6 years related experience, 6 years preferred.

Skills, Experience & Abilities :

• Data Analysis / Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication / Customer Service Skills
• Parts / Service Manual Knowledge & Print Reading Skills
• Familiarity with telematics industry
