Hypro is Hiring a Quality Technician ( Near Vinita, OK

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Technician for our 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

Performs mechanical and dimensional inspection on machined components per specifications, blueprints and work instructions.

  • Performs 1st piece, receiving, in-process, and final inspections on machined parts; assuring compliance with specifications and maintaining accurate records in accordance with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect all manufacturing documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Interacts with Quality Staff, Production Manager and Engineering to ensure compliance and that all issues are resolved.
  • Ensures tools and equipment meet standards and calibration requirements.

Preferred Experience :

  • Excellent Math Skills (both standard and metric)
  • Proficient in Blueprint Interpretation and GD&T
  • Quality Records Documentation
  • Inspection & Gauging of parts
  • CMM Operation Experience a Plus
