Key Responsibilities:

• Masterfully prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Educate and engage with customers about our coffee varieties, brewing methods, and the story behind each cup.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the cafe.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops for professional development in the coffee industry.
• Collaborate with the team to innovate and introduce new coffee offerings.
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all customers and staff.

• Passionate about coffee with a desire to constantly learn and grow in the field.
• Previous experience as a barista is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
