Key Responsibilities

- Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Support the development of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Help in tracking and analyzing social media metrics and preparing performance reports.
- Conduct market research to identify social media trends and content opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
