Our team of Marketing & Promotions Assistants helps some of the nation’s most recognizable brands expand their services and products by providing a direct sales approach to help the spread of their products and services. The successful entry-level Marketing & Promotions Assistant candidate is a process-oriented, fast learner with excellent creative problem-solving skills and is a superior communicator.

Marketing & Promotions Assistant Overview at the Entry Level:

• Must be able to verbally articulate our clients’ product offerings to various types of potential consumers to ensure they are reaching their target audience
• Must be able to read and recognize potential consumers' needs in order to provide them with a customized experience
• Must show team camaraderie by assisting fellow colleagues in need of help with client information, new sales tactics, and potential new consumer leads
• Must be able to meet full-time work requirements and availability for occasional travel on a quarterly basis
• Must be able to invest additional time to learn new marketing and sales strategies, new client products, and troubleshooting different territories

Desired Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and/ or customer-facing environments
