```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct employee orientation and training to ensure all staff members are knowledgeable about company policies, products, and services
- Manage employee schedules, including assigning tasks and monitoring attendance
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue
- Handle cash register operations, including processing sales transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Support team members in achieving sales targets through coaching, motivation, and performance evaluations
- Assist with payroll administration, including tracking hours worked and ensuring accurate payment

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management principles
- Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback
