Position Summary:
As a PACU/ASU Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in promoting and restoring patients' health. You'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for pre- and post-operative patients recovering from general, local, and regional anesthesia, catering to their age-specific and cultural needs.
Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited professional nursing school.
- ACLS certification required upon hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required upon hire.
- Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASPAN Certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- NIH stroke certification preferred.
- 3 years' experience in PACU/ACU preferred.
