**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operation Director Assistant Intern to join our team. As a Operation Director Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations, including marketing, sales, customer service, and product development. This internship is designed to provide exposure to the inner workings of a growing e-commerce brand and offer valuable learning opportunities for career development.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Assist with Marketing Initiatives:**

- Support the operation director in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and influencer partnerships.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.

- Assist in data collection and analysis, forms and report creation.

2. **Support Sales Efforts:**

- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain customer relationships and address inquiries or concerns.

- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports for clients and stakeholders.

- Help manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.

3. **Customer Service and Support:**

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.

- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

4. **Contribute to Product Development:**

- Provide feedback and insights on product features, designs, and packaging.

- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in sustainable packaging and hydration products.

5. **Team Communication:**

- Act as liaison of different departments both internal and external.

- Assist the Operation Director to execute projects and monitor the project status.

**Qualifications:**

- Could read and write Mandarin Chinese.

- Experience in Sales and Marketing would be a plus.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

- Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation is a plus.
