Position Overview: As an Assembly Associate at UCC, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by assembling components and ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. You will work as part of a collaborative team to meet production targets, maintain product quality, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly tasks following detailed work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Assemble components and parts to create finished products.
• Inspect and verify the accuracy and quality of assembled products.
• Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process.
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools.
• Ensure that production targets and schedules are met.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve any production challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to prioritize safety.
• Experience with assembly tools and equipment is beneficial.
