Responsibilities
Guest registration process and communication of hotel services.
Oversight of specific night audit duties as well as oversees the front office during the overnight shift.
Processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong computer skills including; Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must have Overnight Availability
• Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays
