SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing administrative support to all Sales & Catering Managers.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Duties:
- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing their daily activities

-Types contracts for Sales Managers and Director of Sales and Marketing

- Coordinate and schedule sales appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information
- Reviews all upcoming room blocks and ensures the distribution of upcoming room block sheets to appropriate department heads on a weekly basis.

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales documents
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Assist in business development activities such as lead generation and prospecting

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of business development and outside sales processes
- Familiarity with technology sales and market trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
