JOB SUMMARY:
Our Breakfast Attendants are responsible for delivering the most important meal of the day to our guest. From preparation to service the Breakfast Attendant is responsible for creating a great dining experience for guests.
JOB DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
- Create a friendly, warm, and accommodating environment for guests
- Prepare and serve menu items in the buffet set up before breakfast begins
- Display food and beverage in an organized and attractive way
- Set out plates, cups, bowls, utensils, and napkins
- Frequently check buffet line to replenish food, beverages, and supplies
- Prepare and serve menu items for small banquet events. Ensure food is served on-time according to Banquet Event Order.
- Remove and dispose of leftover food at the end of breakfast shift. Clean buffet area and ensure inventory is stocked for next day’s shift
- Keep up daily or weekly records of food used and consumed
- May be responsible for keeping inventory, ordering additional food or supplies as needed
- Receive direct and indirect guest feedback and share with management
- Adhere to company guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager or Executive Leadership
ABOUT YOU:
- Hotel experience preferred
- Food service experience preferred
- General knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to stand and move at a fast pace
- Valid Food Handlers certification preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
