Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry. We are looking for someone with a strong Hyatt Brand background.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee shift management and ensure smooth operations during each shift
- Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling of staff members
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- Monitor food production and ensure high-quality food preparation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent shift management skills to ensure smooth operations during each shift
- Culinary knowledge to assist with menu development and food preparation
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company standards
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team
- Effective communication skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
