Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our business. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations for breakfast and dining operation as well as bar service. The successful candidate will have leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.
Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of employees, including setting performance expectations, providing training and development, and assisting with employee relations
Oversee the budget and financial performance of the areas, including setting goals and monitoring results
Develop and implement strategies for growth and success, including identifying new opportunities and improving existing processes
Monitor and adapt to changing business needs
Communicate effectively with other team members and management
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in progressive food and beverage roles
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing business needs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
