Position: F&B Supervisor
Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager
Job Purpose: The F&B Supervisor is responsible for opening the restaurant daily, monitoring and ensuring tasks are completed to prepare the F&B operation for the day, and ensuring team members are equipped with necessary resources for their shifts.
Job Summary: The F&B Supervisor greets guests, provides accurate wait times, and escorts customers to the dining and bar areas. They ensure that the restaurant, minibar, and kitchen are set up prior to opening for business. Solid organizational and people skills are essential for ensuring a positive dining experience for guests from arrival to departure.
