Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor Relief/PM Gallery Host. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and guest services. This position would be 2 days on 11pm-7am shift and 2-3 days on 3pm-11pm shift. Position is full time or part time. Overnight shifts are required.

Responsibilities:

- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports

- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately

- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

- Operate phone systems and respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during the night shift

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

- Espresso coffee service/Bartending/limited menu food preparation

- Curating guest experience to individual

Skills:

- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred

- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficiency in using front desk software systems

- Knowledge of night audit procedures is an asset

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
