The Room Attendant or Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Duties include upholding Hyatt’s standards of service through cleaning and refreshing guest rooms on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and a passion for working in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment. This role is guest facing and does require the ability to effectively communicate with hotel guests and colleagues to continue to enhance the guest’s experience.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able effectively communicate and execute basic requests in English
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, typically 9am-5:30pm or 10am-6pm including weekends and holidays – primary days off include Weds/Thurs or Tues/Weds.
