Hy Global LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team in Ontario, California.Responsibilities:
Utilize your expertise in kitchen and bathroom products to provide exceptional customer service and guidance to clients.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions and product recommendations.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners to drive sales and promote brand loyalty.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and installation services for customers.
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our customer base and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the kitchen and bathroom industry. 2020 design program. Microsoft suit.
Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products, including cabinets, countertops, and fixtures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
