Hwy 55 in Wallace is looking for an exceptional individual to help maintain the daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant. The Hwy 55 FOH Operator is responsible for ensuring that even with a packed house, we are still creating memorable experiences for our guests, providing extraordinary customer service, and building and investing in a great team of servers and drive-thru operators. This is an entry-level management position for someone with a background in serving and/or hospitality who is looking for career progression-- FOH Operator is a career track opportunity that leads to the role of General Manager/Partner in their own store (50% profit share base salary).
