Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of B2B sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.
The ideal candidate should initially be willing to perform the job of an inside sales representative, learning about our vast product line, customers and processes. Knowledge of promotional products and/or retail automotive operations is a plus.
