Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of B2B sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

The ideal candidate should initially be willing to perform the job of an inside sales representative, learning about our vast product line, customers and processes. Knowledge of promotional products and/or retail automotive operations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to inside sales representatives to help them reach their full potential.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in inside B2B sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn and sell an extensive product line.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth.

Base salary will be $65,000 per year plus bonuses, Realistic first year is $90,000.
