Well-established O'Fallon, MO based manufacturing company is seeking a full-time plant manager. Candidate's skill set should include the following:
- Strong supervision and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to run an efficient environment.
- OSHA knowledge is a plus.
- Steel/shop purchasing along with outsourcing to multiple vendors on a daily/weekly basis is involved with this position.
