Auntie Anne's at Dulles Town Center is immediately hiring for a full-time Store Operations Manager with experience in a food environment. It is a hands-on, actively participatory, position. You will be trained in all aspects of the business.

You will bring:

• 2 years of full-time management experience in a fast-paced food environment.
• Have a ServSafe current certificate or willing to get one.
• Flexibility to both open and/or close the Store
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• English
• Outgoing, friendly and able to direct, train & foster team growth
• Has high energy, enthusiasm, leads by example
• Understands upselling to increase sales and decrease waste
• Experience in handling daily cash management, deposit, various reports
• Manages the store & team appearance adhering to company rules
• Able to switch gears as the business requires
• Has own transportation to get to and from work

Compensation:
