Huntsville Periodontal and Implant Specialist has an opening for an enthusiastic Patient Coordinator. We are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent customer service and patient care. As well as someone who is looking to grow professionally and personally. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is positive, a self starter, organized, and eager to take on new task!

• Act as liaison between clinician and patient.
• Greet patients immediately upon arrival in pleasant and positive manner.
• Perform check-in procedures; obtain appropriate signatures for required documents.
• Assist the doctor in getting patients to understand and accept the recommended treatment and subsequently coordinate the treatment plan to work for both the patient and the dental office.
• Collect payment from patient in the form of cash, credit card, check or payment plan.
• Discuss financial options.
• Ensure necessary radiographs are present.
• Address office, faxes, emails, texts and electronic correspondence.
• Answer and return incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Appropriately manage multiple incoming calls.
• Other administrative and organizational duties, as assigned, asscociated with the Front Office duties
