Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do :
Huntress seeks a coordinator to join our recruiting team and work alongside our recruiters to assist with scheduling interviews, managing employment offers, providing administrative support to our department, and working on projects as needed.
You’ll work closely with our senior coordinator, recruiters, and hiring teams to provide an outstanding experience for our candidates, help maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS), maintain internal folders and documentation, assist with offer letters, and coordinate interviews.
Don’t let the short list of tasks fool you; you’ll be instrumental in helping Huntress achieve our lofty hiring goals, provide a world-class experience for our candidates as they interview with us, assist with projects in diversity, inclusion, and BElonging while working alongside a high performing recruitment team.
