We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for one of our beautiful communities in Northville, Michigan.
Responsibilities:
- Readying vacant apartments for occupancy.
- Complete service requests for residents.
- Share on call responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must pass a drug/background screening.
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- Experience preferred.
