We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will provide academic support and guidance to students in various subjects. Your role will involve assessing students' needs, developing personalized lesson plans, and delivering engaging and effective tutoring sessions. Responsibilities:
- Assess students' academic needs and create customized lesson plans
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students
- Teach various subjects such as Math, Geometry, Trigonometry, and other related subjects
- Utilize learning technologies and computerized resources to enhance student learning
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management as needed
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success
- Stay up-to-date with current educational practices and trends

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently pursuing higher education)
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the subject area(s) being taught
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students
- Proficiency in using learning technologies and computerized resources
