Huntington Learning Center of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is Hiring a Math Tutor Near Harrisburg, PA

Huntington Learning Center, located on Jonestown Road in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is currently looking for an enthusiastic math tutor with the ability and passion to work with our students who need assistance in this area of their education. Our goal is to increase our student's knowledge of math currently being taught in the classroom and help them achieve a higher grade point average.
There are no lesson plans to write or homework papers to grade. This allows our teachers to do what they do best - teach the subject and help our students gain a mastery of the subject.
All backgrounds and experience levels are welcome to apply. We welcome professionals from math and science related fields to apply, even without prior tutoring experience.
  • All instruction is administered in small groups or 1:1.
  • Our center hours are currently Monday through Friday 3:30pm-8:30pm, and Saturdays 9:00-3:00pm. During the summer, these hours change to Monday through Friday 9:00am-8:00pm, and Saturdays 9:00-3:00pm.
  • Scheduling is flexible. Some of tutors work as little as 6 hours per week, while others work closer to 20 hours.
