Through our individualized K-12 tutoring and test prep programs, our highly qualified teachers can focus their one-on-one tutoring sessions on the areas a student needs the most.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Director to lead our educational institution. The Center Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the center's operations, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for students and maintaining a positive work environment for staff.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve educational goals

- Engage in daily ground marketing activities such as visiting local schools, libraries, businesses, etc. to promote Huntington's services

- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

- Oversee curriculum implementation to meet educational standards

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards

- Collaborate with stakeholders including parents, teachers, and community partners

- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-performing team

- Monitor student progress and address any issues or concerns promptly

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or higher is required

- No experience in the education sector is necessary. Those with experience running weight loss centers, restaurants, hospitality, or other client-facing work are welcome to apply!

- Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and leadership

- Ability to educate, motivate, and manage a diverse group of individuals effectively

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of current trends in education and child development is a plus

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $53,931.00 - $58,809.00 per year
