Description
Provide Project Management Support to the NILE PMO. Develop schedule for reviews and updates to project documents and shall deliver them to the relevant audience for approval, as directed by the NILE PMO.
Drafting programmatic letters, correspondence, and awards as needed.
Assist in planning International Meetings and compiling briefs, after action reviews and minutes associated.
Provide executive support to international government projects including formal communication with senior international stakeholders
Travel
Requirement to travel international at a minimum of 4 times per year (March, June, September, and December); trip length 7 – 10 days Schedule
Hybrid-2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) onsite. Requirements Bachelors degree and 3 years of relevant work experience. Production of formal minutes and meeting reports. Expertise in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams. High caliber oral, written, and briefing skills, including the ability to summarize complex, detailed information in a concise, accurate manner both written and verbally. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a diverse workload

Ability to multitask, especially in relation to administering and managing large international events and meetings Salary at Highbury Defense is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70,000-80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Highbury Defense’s total compensation package for employees.
