Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Finance to lead our finance team and drive financial strategy, planning, and analysis. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the VP of Finance will oversee all financial activities of the firm, including treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, facilities, and insurance activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of success in financial management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to executive leadership in decision-making processes, including asset allocation, investment decisions, risk management, and merger & acquisition support.
  • Oversee treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, facilities, and insurance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Responsible for financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the CEO and the Board to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Lead and direct all financial business planning, including business analyses, forecasting and reporting, benchmarking, and balance sheet management.
  • Collaborate with the chair of the Audit Committee to ensure appropriate risk management policies and procedures are in place and that all accounting and financial regulatory requirements are met.
  • Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, external auditors, and other external constituents.
  • Provide processes and analytics that support the companys financial goals and objectives.
  • Experience with ADP and additional industry specific financial management software is desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA highly preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) highly preferred.
  • 10 years of senior leadership experience and 15 years overall in finance and accounting roles, with demonstrated success in managing change within teams and organizations.
  • Working knowledge of information technology to facilitate needs for various offices and systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
