Job Description

HII is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler who can effectively apply project management principles to develop comprehensive schedules for large and complex projects.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Perform program schedule analysis to include : Metrics, critical path, float, and schedule variances
• Build and maintain a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from vendors and Government sources
• Monitor vendor schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances.
• Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
• Act as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regard to scheduling.
• Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Posses expert level knowledge in the use of Microsoft Project.
• Experience working with project management tools that may include Gantt and PERT.
• Proficiency utilizing enterprise-level scheduling software and an understanding of various scheduling tools and their functionalities.
• Clearance : Active SECRET security clearance.
