What We Do

Your Role

You'll diagnose and repair systems, helping customers make informed decisions about their purchases.

Additional Responsibilities

Handle all in-home service calls.

Build rapport with customers and recommend the right products and services.

Guide customers on financing options and maintenance plans.

Achieve and exceed set financial targets.

Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for seamless operations.

Maintain an organized work environment and a stocked vehicle.

Engage in training sessions and morning meetings and mentor apprentices.

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in an on-call rotation.

Keep a professional appearance and a clean driving record.

Desired Skills and Experience

Licensed with knowledge of local codes.

Proven expertise in Electrical, HVAC, or Generator systems.

Strong organizational skills and excellent communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
