R&D Technician Responsibilities
- Preparing samples involves accurately measuring and handling beverage, concentrate, and food samples for analysis according to established protocols.
- Performing chemical and physical analyses includes conducting tests such as pH, titratable acidity (TA), density, brix, CO2 levels, and color analysis with precision.
- Preparing chemical solutions entails mixing reagents accurately to ensure the integrity of subsequent analyses.
- Sample dilutions are performed as needed to achieve appropriate concentrations for analysis, ensuring accurate results.
- Collaborating with the lab manager and team members on research projects involves assisting with experimental tasks and other assigned duties.
- Maintaining accurate records requires thorough documentation of analysis procedures and results for traceability.
- Contributing to protocol optimization involves identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and quality assurance.
- Adhering to safety protocols ensures a safe work environment and compliance with regulations.
- BS degree in science degree such as Chemistry.
- Good computer skills MS Word and Excel etc.
- Must be a team player.
- Well organized and detail oriented in performing lab work to ensure data quality of the analysis.
- Must be able to follow lab safety procedure and good lab practices.
